Video and Survey: Letting NHS staff know you need support – Reasonable adjustments, flagging and summary care records

How health services share information about support for people when they need reasonable adjustments when visiting health services. This video talks about how using a flag or a note on your computer health record and extra information in your Summary Care Record can help. This will be piloted for people with a learning disability before being used for other people.
