Mencap- Treat Me Well survey

Mencap have created a survey for their Treat me well campaign, which aims to transform the way people with a learning disability are treated in hospital.

They want to hear more from people with a learning disability and the people who support them about their experiences in hospital.

The more responses, the stronger the results!

Developing the long term plan for the NHS

The discussion guide (also available in an easy read version) is intended to help stimulate those ideas and understand views across three key themes – life stage, clinical priorities and enablers of improvement – each covers a number of different areas which we believe have the greatest potential to deliver improvements to the way the NHS provides care. Each section provides an overview of some of the key challenges and a series of questions.

You may choose to provide responses for every topic, or just the ones that are important to you or the group you represent. Where possible,  organisations should collate responses from their members into a single submission.

Inclusion East Survey: Developing a workforce that better supports people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism

Welcome. This survey is for people in England who have a learning disability and/or autism, and their families and unpaid supporters. We also welcome joint responses from groups and networks of self-advocates and families in England.
The results of this survey will be used to support Health Education England (HEE) in developing their long-term workforce strategy. The views of practitioners and professionals are being gathered separately.
