Improving Urgent and emergency care across Kent and Medway Survey

Earlier on this year the Community of Practice shared the workshop events for the above project that is run by England Centre for Practice Development, Canterbury Christ Church University, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, South East Coast Ambulance Services and Commissioners of Primary Care funded by Health Education England – Kent Sussex and Surrey.

People with learning disabilities and professionals were represented in these meetings, and as the consultation period comes to an end, the project team would like to gather the views of those that were not able to attend.

A Survey has been set up which should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is open to everybody!
