The Oska Bright Film festival is curated by people with learning disabilities with the aim of encouraging artistic talents of people with learning disabilities across the world! This award winning international event -based in Brighton on 17-19 November- is an opportunity to meet new people, and get that all important new perspective that only a film maker and story teller can share!
