Abstract submission date extended to the 20/05/16 #LDCoP16
The Kent, Surrey & Sussex Learning Disability Community of Practice is pleased to announce its launch to take place at an inclusive Conference.
The theme for the day will be:
Transition and Innovation on Learning Disability Practice
When: Wednesday the 15th of June 2016
Where: The Charis Centre, West Green Drive, Crawley, RH11 7EL
What time: 9am until 5pm
The Community of Practice is looking for local people from across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to present local good practice around the theme of Transition and Innovation, and to share their work at the Conference.
